ESTIMATING COST & TIMING- Quotes are generally done within 24 hours of receiving your RFQ and every attempt is made to balance the cost, quality and timing.

Mold Design - SD Mold Design designs with a Design, Machine and Assemble mentality. This means that when the components from your mold come off the machine that they come off in a way that allows your tool room to spot, assemble and test the mold as easily and efficiently as possible.

Support - Just because SD Mold Design has completed it's obligation to you on the design side does not mean we are not available for additional support as needed on this project. Whether it be questions on the design/build, or engineering changes, SD Mold Design is available to help you with the project until you are completely done with it yourself.

Data Flexibility - SD Mold Design uses the latest version of Kubotek KeyCreator with Expert Mold Designer (XMD). This allows for the greatest flexibility to recieve files from many CAD systems natively and directly into our CAD system and the capability to begin working with YOUR data immediately without the need for your history or parametric tree.
